The system includes a one hour of live consultation with a SeniorCare Advisor, access to the organization’s professional referral network, family/caregiving plan, and the Organization Kit. This kit features a messenger bag, leather-bound three-ring folio, and a caregiving planner flowchart with a guide and resource directory. Other features include a comprehensive checklist system with sections under headings such as master, personal, medical, legal, insurance, and financial. There is also a checklist folder for categories such as Dementia, Mood, Aids for Daily Living, and Nursing Home Screeners and a "Five Wish" legal document, as well as a family/care giving plan, phone logs, and caregiver scheduler.
