MATERIALS: 36-inch long piece of 1 x 10 inch lumber, an 11.5-inch long piece of 1 x 4 inch lumber, 9.5 x 16 x 2 inch piece of foam, a 24 x 18 inch piece of upholstery fabric, eight #8 flathead wood screws, glue, staples or upholstery tacks, and stain, polyurethane, or paint, if desired.
