The Spirit 660 Arm-and-Leg Cycle is a bicycle exerciser designed for use by individuals with lower extremity or upper extremity disabilities. This cycle has integrated upper/arm crank-arms and lower/leg crank-arms which lock together so that the user's arms and legs raise and lower in an alternating rhythm. The lower/leg crank-arms are shorter than the upper/arm crank-arms, causing the legs to flex more slowly than the arms. Features include Quick Exchange (QE) standard hand grips; foot plates with ankle/toe straps; an 18-pound iron internal flywheel; locking, variable angle adjustments; variable resistance; and an electronic digital display of speed, pedal revolutions per minute (RPM), total pedal revolutions, distance traveled, distance up, distance down, elapsed time, remaining time, time up, time down, calories burned, autoscan, pulse monitor (ear-clip), and beeping pedal rate. OPTIONS: Forehead rest; QE 2-way angled handgrips, 3-way angled handgrips, adjustable loop handgrips, limited grasp handgrips type 1, or limited grasp handgrips type 2; grip cuffs. DIMENSIONS (LxW): 35 x 32 inches footprint (including clearance for the front edge of the flywheel, and excluding the width of the handgrips).
