TimeTalk for Pocket PC is a voice output clock program designed for use by individuals who are blind or have low vision. This software program enables a hand-held Pocket PC to read out the time in a pleasant, human-quality voice with Fonix text-to-speech (TTS) software. The voice is female and speaks U.S. English. Time announcements can be activated with the push of a button or programmed to announce the time at hour, half hour, or quarter hour intervals. The program also has a large clock display capability.
