Food Service Entry-Level Words is a job readiness and vocabulary enhancement training system designed for use by individuals with cognitive, learning, or vision disabilities. This series of five duplicatable books can be used by high school students and adults independently or in groups. Each book provides students with a vocabulary of technical terms related to the food service industry so students develop functional and job-related reading skills. Available as a set, the individual titles include: Words of Package Information; Words of Preparation and Service; Words of Safety and Sanitation; Words of Kitchen Equipment and Tools; and Words of Food Service Abbreviation. A teacher's guide is provided at no extra cost. The duplicatable books are available in digital format (Word or PDF) after purchase at no additional cost.
