Month Sequence is a personal skills and independent living skill tutorial program designed for use by parents or teachers working with children with developmental disabilities or autism. This application (or app) allows a parent or teacher to use an Apple iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to teach a child the order of the months of the year. The app is organized into multiple "Learn and Play" sections, each of which has a "Learn" part and a "Play" part. A picture showing a month in its correct sequence is shown on the screen in the "Learn" part. In the “Play” part, pictures of four months are displayed on the screen, and the child is asked to select the correct month illustrated int he prompt in the correct sequence. Each correct response is rewarded with a cheerful animation. After the child answers the final question, a score screen appears, followed by a screen with a certificate of completion. Scores are recorded in the app for progress tracking and analysis purposes, and for assignment customization. Available languages include English, Chinese, Czech, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish. COMPATIBILITY: For use with an Apple iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Apple iOS 4.0 or later.
